The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, not far from restaurants, the main port, and the romantic island of Spetses. the staff at the reception desk were very helpful and attentive.

Very central location was a plus. It was in a gorgeous area and there were bakeries and restaurants.

it was spotlessly clean, everyone was amazingly kind. stunning location near the ferry pier, the ferries and water taxis, and the harbor, bars and cafés were near the hotel. we stayed for 4 nights here, loved spetses new port district.

The location is excellent, situated by shopping streets, the seafront, and the best coffee shops. the room was modern and bright, featuring a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom.

Delightful views of the sea, helpfull staff. It is close enough to the nice beach. I loved the café. Queen room included climate control, a personal safe and a writing table.

We asked for a nice looking and reasonably large room with delicious cakes, a balcony facing the harbor, for instance and got one. the location was excellent and absolutely incredible, not too far from Bouboulina's Museum. - the hotel met the purpose, we will choose the place for future trips.

Just returned from a wonderful 6-day stay at Klimis in the heart of Spetses. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with the closest beach just a short stroll away and an array of charming coffee shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Our sea facing room with a balcony was a true treat, offering stunning views. The staff were incredibly accommodating, the beds were comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The breakfast spread was generous and kept us satisfied until dinner time. Great value for a well-placed hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was equipped with air conditioning, and the hotel was conveniently located near Kaiki beach, Palio Limani, and the ferry terminal.

This place is spotless and has a very friendly reception staff; also, the location is fantastic, not too far from Bouboulina's Museum.

Overall, this place served as a comfortable and nicely decorated base for exploring the town, featuring a private bathroom.

Great location close to a port, and you can easily walk to a shopping street and there's a bakery just across the street 😊. the room with twin beds and a bathroom is spacious, providing that extra comfort you need.

We had a pleasant stay at Klimis. the breakfast in the cafe was average, but the staff were accommodating and quickly brought us a stronger pot of coffee upon request. the location was prime, with the hotel bar, restaurants, supermarket, shops. the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice on activities and even arranging for an ATV to be dropped off at the hotel. the rooms had beautiful balcony views of the ocean, and the cleanliness and room decoration were top-notch. We also appreciated Mrs Christina, who went above and beyond by assisting us when we had to go to the doctor and even offering a car to transport our luggage to the nearby port. Cons: Nothing - everything was great! 😊.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel at home. The location, right on the harbor, was perfect - close to the action but not noisy. The rooms were modest but clean, with comfortable beds. The hotel provided little treats and packed us a sandwich for our early departure.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We found a small and nice hotel with a convenient location near Spetses port. The room had a lovely view and the team running the hotel was cooperative and nice. We even received a free upgrade to a sea view room and souvenirs upon departure.

Felt at home instantly, nothing was too much trouble.
